Peace is an inside job and this series of soothing yoga-based videos

was designed to help you cultivate it within your mind & body.

The first available series includes four unique "peace offerings" that will help you reduce stress and alleviate tension in your body. Each peace offering ranges between 20 - 30 minutes long and is specific to an area in the body that tends to hurt or hold tension.
